Prep Cook III

This is a part-time position, offering 18-24 hours per week. This is not a full-time job.


  • Working 3-4 shifts per week, 3pm-9pm
  • Builds on Prep Cook II & Prep Cook I responsibilities
  • Seasoning & marinating various proteins (chicken, beef, fish, etc.)
  • Following standardized recipes to prep entrées & side dishes
  • Maintaining a clean & organized work space
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Previous commercial foodservice experience
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds daily
  • Valid food handler card
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong reading skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Works well under pressure
  • Team player oriented
  • Well organized
  • Good memory
  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
