Prep Cook I

This is a part-time position, offering 15-20 hours per week.


  • Working 3-4 shifts per week, evenings Monday-Sunday 4pm-9pm

  • Basic food prep tasks (weighing, portioning, etc.)

  • Basic cooking tasks (heating foods, deep frying, etc.)

  • Seasoning & marinating various proteins (chicken, beef, fish, etc.)

  • Following standardized recipes to prep entrées & side dishes

  • Maintaining a clean & organized work space

  • Light cleaning duties

  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Valid U.S. driver's license

  • Previous commercial foodservice experience

  • Valid food handler card

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Strong reading skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Works well under pressure

  • Team player oriented

  • Well organized

  • Good memory

  • Able to stand up to 4+ hours at a time
