Order Expediter

This is a part-time position, offering up to 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Work part-time up to 4 shifts per week:

    • Monday-Saturday 10:30am-4:30pm

    • Monday-Saturday 4pm-10pm

    • Sunday 10am-5pm

  • Accurately prepare customer food orders from machine printed order tickets

  • Work closely with Cashier & Cooks to prepare food orders

  • Hand out food orders over the counter to customers for dine-in or takeout

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Replenish food line steam table with prepared pans of food

  • Basic food prep tasks (weighing, portioning, etc.)

  • Basic cooking tasks (heating foods, deep frying, etc.)

  • Setup & cleaning of workstation

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial foodservice experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Strong reading skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Works well under pressure

  • Team player oriented

  • Customer service oriented

  • Well organized

  • Good memory

  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
