Caribbean Grill Caters to BBQ Cookouts & Tailgates

CHAMPAIGN, Illinois (July 27, 2011) - Having built a strong following around its sweet and spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Grill Catering now offers a new, more traditional barbecue catering menu.

"There was a demand for Caribbean Grill to offer this type of catering, and our primary business goal is to serve the people," says Mike Harden, Executive Chef and Owner of the business.

Caribbean Grill Catering will continue to serve up the Jerk chicken, Rice 'n Peas, and Baked Macaroni 'n Cheese that many in Champaign-Urbana have come to love, but along side those items will be more familiar fare, like burgers, dogs, potato salad, baked beans, and spaghetti. Harden assures, "All of the customer favorites are still here, along with some new recipes that we are excited to share with C-U!" Many of the options, including entrées, are vegetarian friendly as well.

Pricing for the new All-American BBQ Cookout & Tailgate menu starts at just $9.99 per person, and is complete with an entrée, up to three side dishes, and a beverage. "We wanted this new menu to be affordable and still be able to provide excellent food and service," Harden says.
