Food Truck Manager

This is a seasonal full-time position, offering up to 40 hours per week, March-December.


  • Work full-time 5 shifts per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

  • Setting up food truck service daily

  • Cleaning & restocking food truck daily

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Working closely with Cashier to prepare food orders

  • Handing out food orders over the counter to customers

  • Monitoring available food quantities & temperatures

  • Monitoring food truck supplies inventory

  • Monitoring food truck equipment for proper function

  • Maintaining a clean & organized work space

  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license

  • Clean driving record

  • Previous commercial foodservice experience

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Food Safety Manager certification

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong reading skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Works well under pressure

  • Team player oriented

  • Able to stand up to 4+ hours at a time
