Food Truck Manager
This is a seasonal full-time position, offering 36-40+ hours per week, March-December.
Responsibilities
Working 5 shifts per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Setting up food truck service daily
Cleaning & restocking food truck daily
Providing exceptional customer service
Working closely with Cashier to prepare food orders
Handing out food orders over the counter to customers
Monitoring available food quantities & temperatures
Monitoring food truck supplies inventory
Monitoring food truck equipment for proper function
Maintaining a clean & organized work space
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid U.S. driver's license
Clean driving record
Previous commercial foodservice experience
Previous supervisory experience
Valid foodservice sanitation manager certification
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to multitask
Strong problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong written communication skills
Strong reading skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Works well under pressure
Team player oriented
Customer service oriented
Well organized
Good memory
Able to stand up to 4+ hours at a time
