Caribbean Grill proudly offers catering services & Wednesday only carry-out lunch service, to all of Champaign County, Illinois. However, we are working hard to establish a restaurant location in the Urbana-Champaign area.
Yes, you may choose to pick up your order from our commercial kitchen location or have it delivered. A 9.50% Illinois state sales tax may apply. For delivery only, an 18% service charge will also be added to your final invoice, ensuring superior service.
The pricing for casual catering orders is very straightforward and can be calculated directly from our catering menu (plus tax and service charge). Formal catering service requires a bit more information to determine accurate pricing. This is based on the number of attendees, menu, venue, staff, and any rentals that may be necessary. For delivery catering orders there is a $149.00 minimum order size. Click here to view our menus.
A contract is required for all catered events with an investment greater than $499.00. A deposit may also be required to reserve your date. This goes towards procuring ingredients, consultations, staffing, and other costs incurred by Caribbean Grill, leading up to your event. You will receive a written quotation outlining all requested services, related costs, and payment terms prior to the deposit being paid.
Minimum Order Notice Required: Two (2) Business Days, subject to availability. Formal catering events require much more advance notice in order to secure your date, select a menu, finalize the contract, etc. The further in advance Caribbean Grill is contacted about catering your special event, the better we will be able to accommodate your needs.
Yes, payment via credit card is accepted and may be subject to a 3% processing fee. Personal checks are also accepted. Payment must be made in advance for either method.
Some groups require the use of a purchase order system to pay vendors. Caribbean Grill will provide you with an invoice as soon as your order is finalized. We ask that the purchase order is initiated as quickly as possible, for prompt payment to be made.
To provide the most superior service possible, requested order changes made with less than 24 hours notice cannot be guaranteed.
Confirmed orders may be cancelled in writing, with 48 hours advance notice. Cancellation of a confirmed order with less than 48 hours advance notice will remain the responsibility of the customer, for the full invoiced investment.
