Cook

This is a part-time position, offering up to 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Work part-time up to 4 shifts per week based on availability:

    • Monday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm

    • Monday-Saturday 4pm-10pm

  • Builds on Prep Cook and Order Expediter responsibilities

  • Following standardized recipes to cook entrées & side dishes daily

  • Produce & protein prep using knife skills

  • Prepping sauces, marinades, and seasonings

  • Seasoning & marinating various proteins (chicken, beef, fish, etc.)

  • Maintaining a clean & organized work space

  • Light cleaning duties

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial foodservice experience

  • Food Safety Manager certification

  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Strong reading skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Works well under pressure

  • Team player oriented

  • Well organized

  • Good memory

  • Able to stand up to 4+ hours at a time
